Who knew that seeing someone post some cooking times online could result in me testing more cooking methods... the bottom line is always use your meat thermometer to check the internal temperature on your food because even though it looks done, it might not be done. Also, don't blindly follow someone else's cooking times because their ingredients might vary in size, density, thickness and could have been a different starting temperature than yours. Always check your food while cooking.
